New Zealand shipping

  • Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days after processing

  • Rural areas: Allow 1 to 2 extra days

 

Australia shipping

 

  • Delivery time: 3 to 10 business days after processing

  • Rural areas: May take an additional 1 to 2 days

  • Shipping fee: Calculated at checkout

Important info

  • Shipping available for New Zealand and Australia only. Australian orders must be for cushion covers only, no inners.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday

  • Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes

  • For international orders, once the parcel has been dispatched, responsibility lies with the purchaser

  • River & Isle is not liable for lost or missing international shipments
